We recently hired Midwest Contracting for a full roof replacement due to hail damage. We couldn't be happier with the service we received. The owner, Robert, was super-responsive right off the bat. We were unsure of the process for filing the insuran... ce claim and having the work done to the insurance company's requirements, and Robert was very helpful in guiding us through the process. His workers showed up on time and worked hard (in blazing heat). They were careful with the landscaping and did a fantastic job of cleaning up the property afterward. We had a leak on our front porch and Midwest Contracting repaired it within a couple hours. I would highly recommend them.

We had some water getting into our basement due to a poorly laid concrete slab (not installed by Robert). His team came out and isolated the issue for us so that we don't get water in the basement anymore. Although we will eventually have to replace ... the slab, Robert worked with us to find a cost effective solution for the time being. We will definitely be contacting him again when it comes time to replace the slab! An excellent contractor--On time, affordable, and very responsive.
